# How do I delete my data or get a Data Processing Addendum?

> There's no delete button in the portal, so you ask by email, from the address you signed up with. Write to legal@demopage.io with what you want deleted, or to ask for a Data Processing Addendum. Deleted data leaves our backups within 30 days.

## What to send

1. Email legal@demopage.io from the address you signed up with, so we know the request is yours.
2. Include your demo link, such as app.demopage.io/d/northwind, and say what to delete: the whole account, or only some sessions, recordings, or leads.
3. Copies in backups roll off within 30 days, and disk snapshots within 14.

## What you can ask for

- Deleting your account and everything in it, or only some sessions, recordings, or leads.
- A Data Processing Addendum, where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA requires one.
- The current list of service providers that process your data.
- A copy of your personal data, or a correction to it.

## What you can turn off yourself

- AI tools: in Demo settings, under Build from code, press Disconnect next to each tool.
- Slack alerts: on the Leads tab, under Where alerts go, press Turn off under Slack alerts.
- A webhook: clear Webhook URL under Guide and call to action in Demo settings, then press Save settings.
- The Monday email: untick Monday email of what buyers asked under Where alerts go, then press Save.
