# How do I follow up with a lead after their demo?

> Open the Leads tab, find the lead under Latest leads, and press Reply to email them, or Recap to see what they saw first. Leads who asked for pricing or a follow-up show as a number next to Leads, and on Home's Next card.

## Reply from the Leads tab

1. Open the Leads tab. The number next to Leads is how many of your latest leads asked for pricing or a follow-up. Replying doesn't clear it.
2. Under Latest leads, read the line under their email: Asked about pricing, Asked for a follow-up, or Started a demo, then their words.
3. Press Recap to see the pages they saw and what was built for them. It's there after a live demo, and the alert for that demo lists the questions they asked.
4. Press Reply. Your mail app opens an email to them with the subject Your Northwind demo.

## What to write

- Start from their words. The line under their email and their card quote what they wrote. See [reading a lead's card](https://demopage.io/help/lead-qualification-card.md).
- Answer what they asked. Questions your pages couldn't answer went to your team, and wait on the Results tab under Questions to answer. See [unanswered questions](https://demopage.io/help/unanswered-questions.md).
- Offer a time to talk with your [booking link](https://demopage.io/help/booking-link.md).
- Include their recap link: anyone they forward it to can see what they saw. See [the recap link](https://demopage.io/help/recap-link.md).

## Other leads to follow up

- On Home, the Next card says how many leads asked to talk, unless questions are waiting for your answer first. It says Open Leads and follow up while the demo is fresh, and Go there opens the Leads tab.
- Each pricing or follow-up request also arrives by email and Slack, titled with their email and asked your team to follow up.
- A declined live demo request was told The team will follow up with you by email, so write to them. See [approving requests](https://demopage.io/help/approve-a-request.md).
