# Does DemoPage have an API or MCP server?

> Yes: DemoPage has an MCP server that AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and ChatGPT connect to with Sign in with DemoPage. It can check your setup, add pages for you to approve, and read your results. The account API isn't open to self-serve accounts, so talk to us if you need API access.

## What the MCP server can do

- Show your setup: page counts, the readiness check, your demo link, and the next step.
- List your pages with their approval state and check results.
- Add up to 100 pages it finds in your code at a time, as candidates that wait for you. Nothing is published until you approve it.
- Approve or hold the pages you pick. Approving your first pages also turns your demo link on. If your sign-up email is on another domain, it turns on once we've checked that you run the site. [Why isn't my demo live yet?](https://demopage.io/help/demo-not-live-yet.md)
- Check approved pages again in a demo browser, and read your website again before your first go-live.
- Read the last 30 days of results: visits, questions, and leads.
- Give you your demo link and the embed snippet.

## What it can't do

- See your password or your product's login.
- Change your account, email, or billing.
- Save, send, or pay anything inside your product.

## Connect a tool

The server address is https://app.demopage.io/mcp, and your email has to be confirmed before a tool can connect. After you go live, Demo settings has a Build from code section with the setup for each tool. [Build your demo from your code](https://demopage.io/help/build-from-code.md)

## Access and tokens

- Each tool gets its own connection to your account. It renews while the tool uses it and ends after 30 days without use.
- To end one now, open Demo settings, then Build from code, and press Disconnect next to it under Connected tools.
- Resetting your password disconnects every tool.
