# Is there a yearly discount, and do you offer refunds?

> Paying yearly is two months free: you pay ten times the monthly price, for the same live demos every 30 days. Payments aren't refunded, including for part of a month or year, and you're only charged for the plan or top-ups you pick. A live demo that fails on our side, or a visitor who leaves before three minutes without finishing, never counts.

## Yearly

- In the plan picker on the Plan tab, press Monthly to switch to Yearly · 2 months free, then pick your pack. The price shows per month, and a line under it says Billed yearly, 2 months free.
- A year costs ten times the monthly price: $990 for Starter with 10 live demos a month, $7,990 for Growth with 100, and $19,990 for Scale with 300.
- You get the same live demos every 30 days as on the monthly pack; paying yearly changes the price, not the number.
- Top-ups cost the same on yearly plans as on monthly ones. See [top-ups](https://demopage.io/help/top-up.md).
- A cancelled yearly plan keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.

## Refunds

- Payments aren't refunded, including for part of a month or year, as the [Terms](https://demopage.io/terms.md#fees) say.
- You're only charged for what you pick. There are no automatic overage charges: when live demos run out, visitors watch the recording.
- A live demo that fails on our side, or a visitor who leaves before three minutes without finishing, doesn't count against your plan. See [what counts](https://demopage.io/help/live-demo-count.md).
- If PayPal refunds a top-up, its live demos are removed from your account.

## Before you switch or cancel
