# What can't the demo click or change in my product?

> Every demo refuses payments, billing changes, invites, API keys, logout, password and two-factor settings, and deleting an account. The guide opens only pages you approved, and visitors who take the screen stay on your own domains. A network guard also fails delete and update requests while the guide shows your product.

## Blocked in every demo

- Payments, purchases, checkout, upgrades and downgrades, subscriptions, and billing, including adding a card, credits, or funds.
- Invites.
- Creating, showing, or copying API keys, access tokens, and secret keys.
- Logout, password changes and resets, and two-factor settings.
- Deleting or closing an account, workspace, or team, cancelling a plan, and transferring ownership.
- Sign-up, free-trial, and book-a-demo buttons and pages, apart from signing in.

## Read-only while the guide shows a page or a visitor drives

- Buttons that save, send, create, delete, share, publish, connect, or import.
- Switches, checkboxes, and radio buttons, and forms other than search.
- A blocked click says which control and why, for example that Save is read-only in this demo, or that Invite is never used in a demo.

## A second guard

Write requests to checkout, billing, payment, subscription, invite, API key, logout, and delete-account paths fail in every demo. While the guide shows your product or a visitor drives, delete and update requests, GraphQL mutations, and requests to paths such as delete, send, publish, import, or upload fail too.

Payment processors such as Stripe, Braintree, PayPal, Paddle, Chargebee, Recurly, Chargify, and Lemon Squeezy never load.

## Building in a sandbox

A demo can create something in your product only when our team has set that up with you. Each build runs after a passing dry run and an owner's or admin's approval, and a visitor can ask for at most two per demo.
