# What happens when my plan ends?

> Your demo keeps working on the Free plan: 3 live demos a month and up to 5 a day, in one language, one live demo at a time, with alerts by email, plus any top-ups still in their 30 days. Other visitors watch your recording and can still ask questions in chat, and nothing is charged. Pick a plan on the Plan tab to get your live demos back.

## When a plan ends

- A cancelled plan ends after the last day you paid for. Until then, the Plan tab shows that day, for example Cancelled. Growth keeps working until Dec 1, 2026.
- A plan from an [early-adopter code](https://demopage.io/help/early-adopter-code.md) ends when its free days are up. DemoPage emails you 7 days and 1 day before.
- If PayPal suspends a plan after a failed payment, it ends then. See [what happens if PayPal can't renew your plan](https://demopage.io/help/payment-failed.md).
- Your limits change at DemoPage's nightly check after the last day.

## What changes

- Your demo gets the Free plan's limits: 3 live demos a month and up to 5 a day. A demo less than 30 days old gets 10 in its first 30 days instead.
- Live demos that counted in the last 30 days still count, so if you used more than that, visitors watch the recording until older ones drop out of the 30 days.
- Top-ups you bought keep counting until their 30 days end.
- Visitors past the limits watch your recording, can ask questions in chat, and can still leave their details, so leads and alerts keep coming.
- Your pages, settings, leads, and results stay as they are, and Current plan on the Plan tab shows Free. Slack alerts and webhooks (Starter) and lead notes, recap links, and demos before the first call (Growth) stop; their settings are kept and work again when you pick a plan. Recap links already sent keep opening.
