# DemoPage: every visitor gets the demo they asked for

> DemoPage is an AI demo agent for software companies and for any team whose product, portal, or how-to runs in a web browser. A visitor says what they need (their work email, the tool they use, and what they want to solve). DemoPage then shows them around the vendor's real product in a secure browser it runs, explains each screen, answers questions only from the pages the vendor picked, and sends the lead to the vendor's team. It never saves, sends, or pays anything in the product. Live demos, chat, and answers work in 17 languages.

Start free at https://app.demopage.io/signup with a work email: no card, and the trial includes 5 live demos a day. To talk to the team first: https://demopage.io/early-access (see "For AI agents" below to send a message for a person).

## How it works

1. **Connect your product.** Add your website and a sandbox login. DemoPage reads your pages and docs, finds your product's screens, and you choose what the demo may show.
2. **Visitors say what they need.** Their company, the problem they're solving, the tools they use, and what they want to see, in their own words.
3. **A live demo in your product.** DemoPage opens your real product, walks the screens that fit their needs, explains each one, and answers questions from your pages. They can take the controls and try it.
4. **Your team gets the lead.** You get who they are, what they saw and asked, and a recap. DemoPage never pays, signs up, or saves anything in your product. That stays with your team.

## Use cases

- [Sales demos](https://demopage.io/use-cases/sales-demos.md): Someone fills in your demo form at 9pm. Instead of waiting days for a call, they see your real product right away, shown around their problem. Your reps talk to the ones who are ready.
- [Support](https://demopage.io/use-cases/support.md): A customer is stuck on a setting. They type what they're trying to do and watch the fix on the real screens, with answers from your help center.
- [Onboarding](https://demopage.io/use-cases/onboarding.md): Each new customer is walked through setup in their own account, in the order their tools need. They make each change themselves, and your team handles the rest.
- [Training](https://demopage.io/use-cases/training.md): A new hire says what they need to learn. DemoPage does it in a practice account and explains every click, then they try it themselves.

More ways teams use it:
- **Step-by-step procedures.** Record the right way once in a training account. New staff watch it and ask questions.
- **Public how-tos.** A link on a permit or benefits page. The visitor fills in the form themselves.
- **Partner training.** Each reseller gets their own demo link, and you see who uses it.
- **Sign-up checks.** See your pricing and sign-up pages the way a new visitor does, after every release.

## Industries

Built first for software companies; the same jobs work in other industries. [Financial services](https://demopage.io/industries/financial-services.md), [Insurance](https://demopage.io/industries/insurance.md), [Healthcare](https://demopage.io/industries/healthcare.md), [Education](https://demopage.io/industries/education.md), [Marketplaces and e-commerce](https://demopage.io/industries/marketplaces.md), [Real estate and property](https://demopage.io/industries/real-estate.md), [Government and public sector](https://demopage.io/industries/public-sector.md), [Manufacturing and distribution](https://demopage.io/industries/manufacturing.md).

## Languages

Live demos are spoken in 17 languages, each with a native voice: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Punjabi, Telugu, Urdu. The demo follows the visitor's browser, or they pick from the menu, and chat and answers switch too. Recordings keep the language they were made in. A vendor can open a demo in a set language with ?lang=es on the link, or data-language="es" on the embed.

## Answers you can stand behind

Every answer comes from the vendor's own website, with a link to the page. If someone asks about a price that isn't published, a discount, or the roadmap, or tries to trick it, it doesn't guess: the question goes to the vendor's team. Visitors ask things like:
- Does it log calls to HubSpot?
- Where do I add a tax column?
- Can I try it before a call?
- Which plan has the API?
- Do we need Salesforce admin rights?
- Can a customer reach it in test mode?
- Is there a free trial?
- Does it work with our own app?

## What DemoPage never does in a demo

- Pay for anything
- Sign anyone up
- Change your CRM
- Make a phone call
- Send an email
- Use a visitor's own login
- Open a page you didn't pick
- Promise a discount

## Try it

A live example runs on JustCall's public site: https://app.demopage.io/d/justcall. It is interactive: a person answers three questions, then watches a recording or joins a live demo.

## For AI agents
- **Start free**: the person signs up at https://app.demopage.io/signup with their own work email and confirms it from their inbox. You can send them the link; you can't create the account for them.
- **Send a person's message to the team** (only with their consent): `POST https://demopage.io/api/early-access` with JSON `{"name": "...", "email": "...", "company": "...", "useCase": "sales-demos | support | onboarding | training | other", "note": "optional"}`. A 201 means it was saved and the team was told; the reply goes to that email.
- **Account API** (needs an account API key): OpenAPI description at https://app.demopage.io/api/v1/openapi.json.
- **MCP server** (needs the same key): JSON-RPC at https://app.demopage.io/api/mcp.
- **Build a DemoPage from a product's code**: the vendor MCP server at https://app.demopage.io/mcp, with "Sign in with DemoPage" (OAuth 2.1, discovered from https://app.demopage.io/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource). See https://demopage.io/agents.md.
- **Every page as Markdown**: add `.md` to a page's path, or send `Accept: text/markdown`. The index is https://demopage.io/llms.txt.
