Choose pages, and who gets a live demo.

The demo only shows, and only says, what is on the pages you keep. Anything that would save, send, or pay stays blocked. Then choose who gets a live demo: everyone right away, work emails right away while personal emails wait for you, or only the requests you approve.

Pick the pages

  1. 1After we read your site, open Choose what the demo may show in your portal.
  2. 2Tick the pages the demo may open and quote. Leave out anything you don't want shown, like careers pages or old posts.
  3. 3A group of similar pages, such as your integrations, is one row. The demo opens one of them when a visitor names it.
  4. 4Keep at least one page of its own, like your home or pricing page, and press Go live. Or upload a PowerPoint or Pages file, or paste a shared Google Slides or Google Docs link. A presentation can go live without a website page.
Only ticked pages go into the demo. Here, Customer stories and Careers stay out.

What stays out

  • Anything that would save, send, or pay, on any page.
  • Pages you didn't keep. The demo can't open or quote them.
  • Pages that stop loading as expected. A nightly check keeps them out of demos and tells you which ones.

Change pages after going live

Write to us with the pages to add or remove. If you use an AI coding tool, it can also send pages from your code for you to approve.

Choose who gets a live demo

In your portal, under Where leads go, pick one option in Who gets a live demo:

  • Everyone, right away: anyone who fills in the demo form gets a live demo.
  • Work emails right away; personal emails wait for us: Gmail, Outlook, and other personal addresses wait for your approval.
  • We approve each request: every live demo waits for you.

Always let in, and always hold

  • Always let in: email domains that never wait, such as a customer you're expanding with.
  • Always hold for us: email domains that always wait, such as a competitor.
  • Both override the option above. Separate domains with commas, then press Save.

Approve or decline a request

  1. 1While a request waits, the visitor watches the recording.
  2. 2Your alert email and Slack message have an Approve or Decline link. The same requests are listed under Live demo requests in your portal.
  3. 3Approving switches the visitor to a live demo. If they already left, they get an email with a link to start it.
