Short answer
You pay for DemoPage plans and top-ups with PayPal, in US dollars, and prices don't include taxes. DemoPage doesn't send its own receipts: every payment shows in your PayPal account. Enterprise plans can pay by invoice or purchase order instead.
How you pay
- A plan is a PayPal subscription that renews every month, or every year if you pick yearly. The Plan tab shows the next renewal, for example Starter · 10 live demos a month · paid with PayPal · renews Dec 1, 2026.
- A top-up is a one-time PayPal payment. See top-ups.
- Prices are in US dollars and don't include taxes, as the Terms say.
- There's no per-person charge, and you're never charged automatically for extra live demos.
Receipts
Each payment is in your PayPal account, where PayPal keeps its receipt. DemoPage doesn't email a separate one.
A top-up shows in PayPal as DemoPage: 10 extra live demos for 30 days, with the number you added.

If a payment doesn't go through
- If PayPal can't finish the payment for a new plan, the Plan tab says PayPal could not finish that payment. Try again. Nothing changes until it goes through.
- If paid plans aren't open on your account yet, the Plan tab says PayPal checkout is being connected. Talk to us to start a paid plan meanwhile. Contact us to start one.
- If a renewal fails, see what happens if PayPal can't renew your plan.
Refunds
Payments aren't refunded, including for part of a month or year. See yearly plans and refunds.
