Short answer
Yes. On the trial and the Free plan, your demo runs up to 5 live demos in any 24 hours. Paid plans allow at least 40, or your monthly live demos plus top-ups when that's more. Past the limit, visitors watch the recording and can still ask questions in chat.
The limits
- Trial and Free plan: up to 5 live demos in any 24 hours.
- Starter, Growth, and Scale: at least 40 in any 24 hours, or your plan's monthly live demos plus any top-ups, whichever is more. A Scale pack of 300 allows 300.
- Each visitor can start up to 3 live demos an hour.
- Demos recorded for leads before a call use at most half of the day's live demos, so the other half stays free for website visitors.
What counts toward it
The daily limit counts every live demo started in the last 24 hours, including your team's tests and visitors who leave early. Your monthly number leaves those out.
It's a rolling 24 hours, so there's no set time when it resets.
What visitors see
- When the day's limit is reached: Today's live demos are fully booked. Here's the recording, and you can still ask anything.
- When one visitor has started 3 in an hour: You've started a few live demos in the last hour. Here's the recording while the next one frees up.
- Either way, they watch the recording, can ask questions in chat, and can still leave their details for you.
Where to see it
Plan and usage on the Plan tab shows it, for example 2 of 5 live demos used today.
In Demo before the first call, a lead's demo that's waiting for room shows Waiting: half of today's live demos stay free for website visitors.
On a busy day
On a paid plan, a top-up raises the daily limit too, once your monthly live demos plus top-ups come to more than 40. For steady traffic above the limit, move to a bigger pack, or talk to us about Enterprise.
