What happens when I run out of live demos?

Reviewed

Short answer

Nothing breaks and nothing is charged: visitors watch your recording instead of a live demo, and they can still ask questions in chat. You still get their details. On a paid plan, add a top-up or a bigger pack; on the trial or the Free plan, pick a plan.

What visitors see

The recorded demo, the chat, and the same email form, so you still get the lead and the alert.

A short note tells them why: Live demos are fully booked for now. Here's the recording, and you can still ask anything. When it's the day's limit instead, it says Today's live demos are fully booked.

Your options

  • On a paid plan, add a top-up of 10 to 100 live demos under Need more live demos this month? on the Plan tab. They count from when PayPal confirms the payment, for 30 days.
  • Move to a bigger pack with Change plan on the Plan tab. On the trial or the Free plan, the plans are already open there. See changing your plan.
  • Keep live demos for buyers: in Leads, under Where alerts go, set Who gets a live demo to Work emails right away; personal emails wait for us. See who gets a live demo.

When live demos come back

There's no reset date. Each live demo that counted frees up 30 days after it happened, so room comes back a little at a time. See whether unused live demos roll over, and the daily limit when only today is full.

Before you run out

When you've used most of the day's or the month's live demos, a note under the portal's tabs suggests a bigger plan, with a See plan button that opens the Plan tab.
