Short answer
In the portal, press Delete account at the bottom of the sidebar, type your company name or your email, and press Delete account. Only the person who made the account can, and a paid plan has to be cancelled under Plan first. Your demo, leads, recordings, and settings are deleted, and you're signed out.
Delete it
- 1Sign in to the portal as the person who made the account.
- 2At the bottom of the sidebar, under Sign out, press Delete account.
- 3Type your company name or your email, then press Delete account.
- 4Take the DemoPage snippet off your site, since your demo link no longer works.
If you pay for a plan
Cancel it under Plan first, so PayPal stops billing you, then delete the account. A plan you got with a code or from us doesn't need cancelling. If PayPal still shows the plan as open, cancel it in PayPal or talk to us.
What's deleted
- Your demo and its link, with its leads, questions, recordings, and buyer links.
- Your demo login, saved sign-ins, alert settings, Slack alerts, webhooks, and API keys.
- AI tools connected with Sign in with DemoPage are disconnected.
- Your login. If your email was confirmed, we email you that the account is gone.
What we keep
- Billing records of what you paid.
- Counts of sign-ups and demos, without your account's name or link.
- Backups: hourly database backups for 30 days, and disk snapshots for 14 days. Deleted data leaves them on that schedule.
To delete only some sessions, recordings, or leads instead, see [How do I delete my data?](/help/delete-my-data)
