Short answer
The trial needs no card. For the first 30 days after you go live, your demo link gets 10 live demos, up to 5 live demos a day, in any of the 17 languages, one at a time, with alerts by email. Slack alerts and webhooks come with Starter; lead notes, recap links, and demos before the first call come with Growth. Then, unless you pick a plan, it moves to the Free plan: 3 live demos a month, in one language. Recordings and chat never count toward either limit.
Trial limits
- 10 live demos in the first 30 days after you go live, and up to 5 a day. Visitors past either limit watch the recording and can still ask questions.
- Your own tests, from an email at your company's domain, don't use the 10, but they count toward the daily limit. Trying your demo
- Each visitor can start 3 live demos an hour. What counts as a live demo
- Your site can be read 6 times a day, and your signed-in pages mapped 4 times a day, on every plan.
- Recordings, chat, and answers are always included.
The Free plan
- 3 live demos in any 30 days, and still up to 5 a day.
- One demo page.
- In the Plan tab, Current plan says Trial for the first 30 days, then Free, with the days left, what your plan includes, and what Starter adds.
- When a paid plan ends, your link goes back to these limits. See when a plan ends.

Upgrading
The Plan tab appears in your portal once you go live, with your usage and the paid plans. To compare Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise, see plans compared or the pricing page. On a paid plan you can also top up live demos.
If the Plan tab says PayPal checkout is being connected, talk to us to start a paid plan.
An early-adopter code can give you a plan free for a while, or bonus live demos. See early-adopter codes.
