Short answer
On Growth and above, when a live demo ends, the visitor can copy a recap link from the finish card: what was built for them, what they saw, and the recording once it's ready. The link works for 30 days, so they can forward it to anyone on their team. Your team gets the same link in the finished-demo alert, the webhook, and under Recap on the Leads tab. Recap links already made keep opening after a plan change.
What it shows
- The visitor's company and what they asked to see.
- The recording, or "The recording is not on this link yet." until it's ready.
- What we walked: the pages the guide showed.
- Left out of this pass: what the demo didn't do, such as email, payments, or sign-ups.
- Ask about this pass, where anyone with the link can ask a question.
- Your call-to-action button, if you set one.
- Tell the seller who watched, where a viewer can choose to share their name and email with you.
- No account is needed to open it.
Good to know
- Copy a recap link for your team appears on the finish card after a live demo, once the guide has shown something.
- After 30 days, the link says "This link is no longer available."
- The finish card also asks Want the team to follow up?, so the visitor can leave a note for your team.
