Short answer
Paste your Calendly, HubSpot meetings, or other booking page under Booking link on the Leads tab, in Where alerts go, and press Save. When a live demo ends, the buyer gets a Book time with the team button if they look ready to talk to your team.
Add it
- 1Open the Leads tab, then Where alerts go. The same field is on the Demo settings tab, under Alerts, booking link, and who gets in.
- 2Paste your booking page under Booking link, for example https://calendly.com/your-team/demo.
- 3Press Save. If it says The call to action must be an https link, use the page's https address.
Until a booking link is set, Home's Next card can say Add the link prospects use to book, and Go there opens the Demo settings tab with Alerts, booking link, and who gets in already open.
When it's offered
- Only at the end of a live demo. The recording doesn't offer it. See the recording and a live demo.
- The buyer mentions SSO, SAML, a security review, SOC 2, enterprise, a custom contract, or procurement, or asks to talk to sales, in the demo form or in a question.
- They name a team of 25 or more, such as 40 agents or 30 seats.
- Their qualification card shows a buying group: they named others who decide or sign off.
- With no Button URL set, every live demo ends with the booking link. With one set, buyers who don't match get your button instead. See the call-to-action button.

What the buyer sees
- A Book time with the team button on the last screen of the live demo. It opens your booking page in a new tab; DemoPage doesn't book the meeting itself.
- Your call-to-action button can show beside it when it points somewhere else.
- A lead whose demo is emailed to them before the first call gets your booking link in that email. See what the lead's email says.
Clicks on Results
Results counts clicks on your booking link as Clicked to book, and shows clicks on your call-to-action button under that number. See reading your results.
